High Concentrate Grades 

 

Fine air bubbles, intense mixing, high bubble loading and efficient froth washing ensure superior grade concentrates compared to mechanical cells. Liberated and fast floating particles can be recovered to a final concentrate in one step transforming traditional flowsheet designs.

In the base and precious metals industry these features make Jameson Cell Technology particularly suited to rougher/cleaner scalping duties. In this duty the Jameson Cell produces a final concentrate grade product in a single step, thus significantly reducing the load the downstream flotation circuit is required to treat. For brownfield sites, a Jameson Cell retrofitted in a scalping duty can provide an increased plant capacity for minimal capital expenditure.
